Last @exhaust Run

I just finished a 7.807km running that lasted about 0hh:42mm:1ss !

A little gray day today with clouds on the horizon and, in general, cold temperature although perfect for running at noon.
We have done the usual, run up the nearby hill. I have felt good at all levels and we have visited the old Olympic stadium in the city that was open to the public (tourists).
This will probably be my last running post using the @exhaust app... from now on I will publish my running articles directly on HIVE without going through intermediaries... since, there is no alternative at the moment.

I hope to be running again soon. Got a cold right now, so can't even breathe properly. Missing my parkrun. Stay strong!
