Dark Run

I just finished a 5.115km running that lasted about 0hh:33mm:8ss !

...darker and darker, with no hint of the rising sun on the horizon, just me and my dog in the park and, well, also a few drunk sleeping on the benches...
We have run our usual route, a bit of stairs, a bit of hills, some core exercises and stretching at the end... all in just 30'...
but still enough to face the workday, which has been getting very hard lately.
