Today the goal was to run in progression for about 7km, and that's what I did...but I didn't have a good feeling...possibly due to stress at work and the consequent lack of sleep.
The fact is that it has cost me a lot, I have suffered from km 1, perhaps I have started a little too fast but nothing abnormal according to my history.
My legs worked well but my heart rate was too high for the pace I ran.
It has been 7km in 33'15", which represents a good average speed. I have reached the river that delimits the northeast border of my city and I have turned around, after a good ramp to increase the difficulty a little.
Afterward, I dedicated myself to completing the training session by strengthening my upper body in the gym and, to finish, static stretching under the sun...all in 45'.

I think You should take a good sleep because sleeping in night is good for mental relaxation.

Whenever such attacks occur in the city, a person cannot sleep at all with relaxation and anxiety keeps running in the mind.
