Strong again
Today we had an almost summer day, the sun was shining brightly although the atmosphere was a little cloudy due to a lot of suspended dust that comes to us from North Africa these days.
I have opted for a short but intense run, starting in progression and finishing the last two kilometers very hard, running at 3'50"/km in both.
In total there have been just over 6km that have taken me to the delta of the river in the north of the city, although I have run these at less than 28', the training session has lasted 45 minutes, including cool down and narrowing at the end .
The truth is that I have felt very well, I have run fast and I have started to have good sensations at high speeds.
I'm back to being strong again.
