Starting Run
I should have started training last week but it was so cold and I was so out of muscle tone due to the Christmas holidays that I postponed my re-entry for a few days.
Today, although I have had to fight a little against my own laziness, I went out for a run, gently, by sensation, seeking to know my current state of form...and, I have to say that I am not that bad.
I wanted to do a short run, about 5 km, and that's what I did, 5km in 24', which is not bad at all considering that I haven't "forced the machine" at all.
Afterward, I dedicated myself to doing deep stretches to finish "breaking" some tensions in fibers that had become accustomed to the Christmas lethargy, while I enjoyed a winter landscape with a spectacular horizon towards the port of my city.
Little by little I'm going to take shape, as spring is approaching.
Keep on running!
