Slopes and Ramps
There is nothing like a day of teleworking at home to be able to go for a run at noon in the mountains and do some good hills.
The day is spectacular and the ground is deliciously soft and moist given the last rains of the weekend.
It has not been a long exercise, as usual, but quite intense since I have done it at a good pace.
A little more than 6km in 30 minutes is what this training has done before returning to my lair and continuing with my work...
It hasn't been bad at all.
Keep on running!

You are lucky having such places, looking so beautiful and calmed. Having mental Peace here, such places are very valuable.
Thanks
That aspect of taking a run under the hot sun can really be demanding most of the time
Walking over such a beautiful place is very important for a healthy and good life.
It is really great to see the great effort you are putting in daily to make sure you still work out well
