Running in the promenade
I went out for a run at noon, under a scorching sun...I ran along the promenade of my city, 6km in total in less than 28'...yes, I pressed the accelerator a bit.
During my "excursion" I was able to see how crowded my city is, especially due to tourists and the amount of street trade that is generated... it reminded me a bit of a Caribbean city, and not because of its beauty but because of its appearance of being a second-rate city, with many people living on a precarious income, obtained in the same street.
It has made me a little sad, I would not like to end up being "La Habana" from the old continent, with all due respect to my Cuban friends... but I really don't like what I see, I would prefer that my city will look similar to Munich, for instance...
My city and, therefore my country, has gone from being a technological and advanced city, similar to other more northern cities, to a city of services very similar to certain poorer cities... I do not predict a good future for us if we do not change our mentality and we progress again...
we will see what the successive politicians who govern us do, but it is clear that those we have had during the last decade have not done well...
Ah, I forgot, this should be a running post...in any case, I'll post my @strava2hive post later.
Keep on running!

Looks great! 🌤️
surprisingly wonderful
i agree with you , it's a bit sad to notice the change and decay of our city.
Good photos, and good reflexion. But... let me tell you that when things are not fine around us it's important trying things are better inside us. Do it well. You cannot change that politicians make bad, but you can do better what you do every day. 😉
City could be changed if you change your mentality I think. Every city is good to live if its peoples follow rules and live a happy life full of prosperity.
Is this a governance issue? I do not think Spain has ever been a place for tech innovation. I am totally guessing here.
You’re right regarding Spain general, however, Barcelona and Catalonia have been considered always as a technology and industry hub within the country
Here people who are pakistani don't follow the rules that's why there are many problems here and the way you are telling about your city if all the people follow the rules everyday then the life of other people will be easy.
