Quiet Noon Run

I have finally had a quiet noon to be able to enjoy what I like the most, running. In addition, it has been a spectacular day, sunny and cool, it was not hot, although I think this will not last long and soon higher temperatures will come.
It wasn't very windy either, so I decided to run along the coast and get closer to contemplate the nearby marina.
They have been a total of 6km traveled at constant speed in about 30'. My heart rate is still a little high but I hope to improve if I stay consistent.
More details of the activity later in the @strava2hive post.
Keep on running!

What a great place to be... And no I don't want any of these yachts :)) ...
me neither 😂
When I run a lot, my heart rate goes up for a while in exactly the same way. Then when I come home, rest for a while, drink water, etc., then she is fine. This place looks so beautiful and amazing. I really like it. Thanks for sharing.
