Quite a full day as far as exercise is concerned, not because of the time spent but because of the variety. A very hot and humid day has come out, so the effort has been even greater...
First a good 6km in 29', running the last 2 km in just 8'14", which is not bad for my training.
Afterwards, a bit of cool-down jog and then arm strengthening exercises on a specialized machine, high repetitions and light weight, 6 series.
Later, stretching of legs and arms and to finish a table of groundbreaking abdominals on an inclined bench.
All in less than 48'...
It's not bad at all for an ordinary Tuesday, don't you think?

The weather on your side is very good the way the clouds have come but it is very hot here in Pakistan today which makes it difficult to go out.

That is more than good. Work day and you managed to squeeze all in below an hour mark. That is amazing.
