Much better now

Well, it seems that my rest day has gone well to recover from my adductor injury.
I still have discomfort, especially at the beginning of the activity, but once my legs warm up, the pain disappears and it does not prevent me from running at all.
This type of tendon injuries do not heal only by resting, on the contrary, it is possible that if no effort is exerted, the tendon will not recover correctly, so it is good not to stop and encourage the tendon to heal in the right direction. correct... if this is not the case, the lesion will continue to reproduce in the future.
What cannot be done is to force more than necessary, you have to run smoothly and always be aware of any type of overload.
Today I start 5 days of Easter holidays, the weather is horrendous although it is forecast that tomorrow will improve...

We have waited as long as possible for the rain to stop, in the end I went out for a run in the afternoon even when it was raining lightly.

I like this type of rain to go running, it's relaxing and refreshing.
In the end it was 8 km in 40 minutes combining muddy hills and wet pavement...
Keep on running!

Good to hear you are recovering. Any injury can be frustrating.

Running under the rain is a bit of extra work. But it's good that you're gradually recovering. Well-done! 👍
