"Impromptu fartlek"

Good day to run, sunny but with cool temperatures, also, I was able to escape at noon for it.
I have started without any plan in advance, as the kilometers have gone by I have felt quite well despite the little training I have done these days, halfway I have considered it feasible to do a fast 1' and 1" slow FARTLEK to return to the point.
The fast intervals have come out at 4'/km, the slow ones at 5'30"/km.
I thought it would cost me more given my shape, but it hasn't been like that and I've been wanting to do a little longer training, but my obligations didn't allow it.
In short, it has been a good start to the week, I hope everything goes well these days until the Easter holidays.
More information about my activity will be published later in my @strava2hive post about it.
Keep on running!
