HPUD Long Run

Two important things to do today besides being with the family and enjoying mine:

  • My Sunday Long Run
  • Powered UP any HIVE I have at stake

I have done the first bullet perfectly, 9.35 km traveled in 45 minutes along the river on a pure spring day, with a delicious temperature of 22 degrees, although it is starting to be too hot to run fast in my opinion. In any case, it was a great run, progressing the way I like it and finishing very strong, the last kilometer at a pace of less than 4'/km.

Then, vermouth on a terrace with my wife and my dog, to restore mineral salts and liquids, later a meal based on Japanese food, and a good nap has completed the "party" on Sunday.

Now I am with the second point, and it is the fact that I must comply with the tradition of HIVE POWER UP DAY or #HPUD... and it is ridiculous to admit that, today I do not have much to contribute although I have been doing power up every week in a way regular.

Ok, as we say around here, "something is something" and "less is nothing" so here goes my 2.5 Hive...

Any power up is good. HP compounds with the interest and rewards. Keep on building, and running fast.

Lol, I guess I should do that little power up in honor of the tradition 😃, I power up as often as I can also.

It is power up day. I could have power up a couple, but you need 10 to get the badge. I wasn't able to do. So I bought SPT and stake it, and delegate to earn APR. It seems like perfect weather for a run !

In less than an hour, you ran for about 9-10 kilometers which really means that you have an anthele blood cells in your nerves 😊
