Happy end...

Today I have good feelings again.
The right foot seems to have recovered and I feel no discomfort in the area.
Even so, I didn't want to force myself.
I stayed on the dirt track, doing a controlled 5'/km to see how my foot responded...then I did a 100m+100m fartlek to feel how the whole body reacted and finish a short workout with good feelings...
Everything is good for the moment although I have realized that I must start again to gain more aerobic capacity.
Keep on running!
