Happy "Blues"

I have no idea why sad songs or sad days are called "Blues" by the Anglo-Saxons...
The truth is that I personally don't think the blue color is sad, at least not the blue color I'm used to...the Mediterranean sky and the mixture of rubber and asphalt (Tartan) blue of the athletics track...
I rather find the blue color to be, at the very least, relaxing...but never sad or melancholic.

I don't know, maybe it's just me and this depends on each person's tastes...

Today I'm back on the blue track...it's been a few weeks since I've been on it but today I've had a bit more time.

6km of conservative aerobic jogging + 1km of short power intervals...

sensations?

Above all, happiness...no sadness.

Keep on running!

Fully agree. I don't understand the association either.
Blue is actually my favorite colour.

I think blue color means happiness, black color means sad
