Good Feelings

I'm already feeling better about running, my body is adapting quite well to the training which, for the moment, is limited to 3 days of training a week, the first day of running in progression, the second day more quality training and the third a little easier, recovering from the quality day.
I still haven't found the right "formula" to add a 4th day of training to my weekly routine, there are times when it's very difficult for me to combine work, family and training. Also, you soon get used to filling the time you used to use for training with other routine activities that I also want to do, so it's not easy.
In any case, I'm happy, at almost 50 years old, I'll do it next month, I can say that I can still run fast and without pain for a long time...that's what matters.

Keep on running!

Hmm that's so encouraging...!

I have tried to follow a running routine from time to time, but I always end up giving up. It's damn hard lol 😆
But seeing you do it at almost 50 years of age, is so so encouraging. It gives me the sense that I can do it. I'm still just 18 years old getting to 19, so I guess I can do better 😌🙏

Respect my friend! Below 3 hours is impressive.

Every year that passes is more difficult, but I think I could still do it, with a good training plan.
