Enzo at Home plus Run on the Hill
We already have the dog at home after an emergency intervention including anesthesia, stitches, antibiotics and pain relievers... no, I'm not going to put how much we spent on the joke but... a lot.
But well, he is one more member of the family and the important thing is that he recovers.
For my part, after returning to normal life and considering that today is a holiday in my country (Catalonia), I went running for about 35 minutes on the hill which translates into 7 km at a good pace with much unevenness.
It is a fairly intense cardio and strength workout, especially considering it is still quite hot here.
Now it's time to relax a bit and enjoy the hours that remain before starting, tomorrow, to work intensely...
Keep on running!

We pray that your dog gets well soon because when a person loves something and something happens to it, a person is in a lot of trouble.
