Blackened
Today I did a medium-intensity workout, first 5km of running in progression, then dynamic stretching and leg throws followed by 6 repetitions of 200m on the athletic track, recovering 100m at a jog.
The 200m repetitions have been done in 39 seconds, some a little faster, reaching 38" but the objective was to work on posture and running efficiency.
I leave you some photos taken on the track... I have decided to take them with a black and white filter, very saturated, blackened, to vary a little from the usual...

I wanna make work out constant. But some days I skip it and it's such a guilt. Nice that you are doing constantly great

Please keep in mind that the #monomad tag is supposed to be used only with black and white photography published in the black and white community. Basically as the entry ticket for our daily challenge with the same name. It's a contest tag, and not a generic one like #blackandwhite #photography #life #nature, etc.
