Best way for week starting
Spectacular day after a rainy and cold weekend...
Like every Monday, I went out for a run at noon, the ground was wet and soft and it was a real joy to run under it just while the temperature was still cool.
I have decided to do a training session of running 5km in progression, in less than 25', followed by 5 repetitions of 100 m at high speed, recovering 100m between repetitions by jogging.
Then I worked on my core a little and did my dynamic stretching exercises... all in less than 45 minutes, which is the amount of time I have at my disposal to train and be able to return to the office.
There is no better way to start the week, don't you think the same?
