toofasteddie just finished a 5.54km run, that lasted for 40 minutes.
This run helped toofasteddie burn 349.0 calories.

Description from Strava: The truth is that after suffering so much heat for weeks, it's not a bad thing to go for a run early in the morning and get a fine drizzle while the temperature drops a few degrees. New sensations and renewed energy since my body does not spend so many resources on keeping itself cool, which I have felt fantastic.
As always when I go out in the mornings, the run has been short but intense since it included technical parts, slopes and the occasional ladder to reinforce legs.
Little by little I am gaining a good aerobic level. Tomorrow, at noon I will try a slightly longer run to see how it goes.
Keep on running!
