toofasteddie just finished a 5.94km run, that lasted for 47 minutes.
This run helped toofasteddie burn 489.0 calories.


Description from Strava: a fast run down a descending path that I then had to climb later. At the aerobic level I found myself a bit lacking but muscularly I am fine although yesterday's excursion left me quite tired. Today is the penultimate day in the Catalan Pyrenees.
I plan to do some more hiking with the family but in a more gentle way.

Tomorrow we have enough kilometers on the road to return home.
All good things come to an end, unfortunately...
