toofasteddie just finished a 12.94km hike, that lasted for 318 minutes.
This hike helped toofasteddie burn 682.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Hike with the family selecting a route that according to its creator was "easy". Almost 12 km and 1000m high is what the whole family and the dog have climbed and, in truth, it has not been easy at all.
Also, coming down from the summit at 2200m it has started to rain so the "family" adventure has become a "let's get out of here urgently" LoL!

It is usually easier to descend from heights than to ascend. It is good to beware of strong winds. It's very good timing, you did a great job.

Long walks, especially at heights, are good for breathing and stamina. thick clouds are great. The picture is perfect for an old American movie posture. Beautiful weekend dear

If someone tells you it is easy, they have probably been doing it for years.

Well done!
