Another one...
Second run on the trails this week. Today my legs felt a bit heavy from Monday's training so I did it easy but also running on uneven trails.
I am confident that I will recover my resistance soon, I know from experience that it is a matter of time and consistency, so I am not worried about anything.
To tell you the truth, my main goal is not "to get stronger soon" but to get the mental liberation that I lost a long time ago...a lot of headaches due to work and other problems of a different nature that have absorbed me lately, but I see the "light at the end of the tunnel" and practicing running is a super-efficient tool to relax tensions.
It has been another dry and scorching day, very atypical for the month of April.

Nice photos, nothing like walking along that path and enjoy nature, if the bad thing is in pain in the legs, but that happens hehe, greetings.
