Yes, that's how I felt today while running.
The training plan is having its effect, adapting my body to be more resistant and faster and, although the mileage is still short, today I ran 8km in just 36 minutes, which is not bad considering that it has been an activity that has just begun. at a slow speed and a fast finish, that is, in strict progression within the aerobic respiratory range.
The day has been cool and cloudy but, as a novelty, we have had no wind, which has made the activity much more efficient and focused on controlling my pace and heart rate.
The goal this week is to increase the mileage slightly, but I will also put a little more intensity on next Thursday when I introduce speed changes.
