Liverpool's Phillips joins Celtic on Loan

After graduating from Liverpool academy and making almost 30 appearances for their first team, including one goal, Nat Phillips has signed with Celtic as their eighth summer addition. In talks with Benfica midfielder Paulo Bernardo, Phillips expressed his excitement in joining the club, stating that he had considered other options but none compared to the feeling he had about Celtic. "It's such a huge club," Phillips said. "The club's aspirations, the level it competes at, the fact that they're in the Champions League this year and the mentality of the club - they want to be winners in everything they do."
