Light jogging and walk after work
@tommyl33 just finished a 1.74km walk, that lasted for 18 minutes.
This walk helped tommyl33 burn 88.2 calories.
Description from Strava: It was good that you can see around even it was almost 7 pm, it was already night time if it was at my hometown. Taking advantages of this, I went for a quick and light jogging and walk around the lake for few km. It was funny that Strava didn't record anything if you didn't on your GPS and I only realise that after 20 minutes run. This was another record of last 19 minutes light run today.
I still jog with slowly since I see even the older people pass me but I believe this is a process for become better runner in future.
