Morning easy jog and walk

Description from Strava: This is my first time using Strava and it did encourage me to take my shoe and walk. Thanks to Strava I made it my first 7km easy walk this year. Ermm no I think it has been quite long time I didn't jog this far.

It feel so refreshing. Believe it or not I feel more energetic compare to how I feel sleepy everyday even I have good sleep. I think this ll become my new addiction in good way to getting better and healthy at this old age.
