Our Last Skate Sesh of 2024 - TWS and Calawis Skateboarding

Seventy days before the year 2024 ended Bernard, Chris Lawrence, and I were able to skate at our spot in Teresa, Rizal. I pushed myself to skate before Christmas because I had planned to take a break to celebrate Christmas and New Year with my family. The year 2024 has been a really, really good year I bought new skate shoes and, a new skateboard set up, we've been able to skate every month and of course, we saw Mark again. The best thing that happened in 2024 about skateboarding is we able to skate into the street at night night time just like old days. You know after so many years I've experienced again street skating because I started to skate on the street.

Highlights

Bernard 360 Flip was really, really good the pop is high, the scope is good, the flip of the board is so amazing and he perfectly landed it. This trick gaves me a lot of trouble it's really, really hard to do even though know how to do this trick but there something wrong that's why every time I do this trick I never land it maybe this trick is not for me.

The Backside Noseslide is a basic slide trick on the ledge. Yep, I can do this trick but the slide is too short and I can't hold this trick for too long. Up to now I still figured out what is wrong with my Backside Noseslide how can I slide this trick all the way to the ledge? Maybe my speed is not enough or maybe I didn't put a lot of pressure on my front foot to lock the nose and hold it for too long. I told myself from now on every time we had a sesh I would practice this trick and figure out what is the missing piece with this trick.

Before the year 2024 ended Chris Lawrence was something new trick he wanted to pulled out and this trick called 'Ollie Late Flip'. That is the first time we saw Chris Lawrence did that trick and he almost go it. Maybe if he should always try that trick he can figure out how to perfectly land it.
