My Actifit Report Card: December 22 2022
어제 회식의 여파로 인해 아침에 일어나기 쉽지않습니다. 최근 저녁은 가능한 가볍게 먹든지 간단히 생식 정도만 먹는데, 고기와 밥을 8시가 넘도록 먹었더니 아무리 버텨도 소화가 잘 되질 않습니다.
어디선가 본 "많이 먹고 싶은대로 먹고 아프든지, 조금만 먹고 건강하든지" 라는 말이 이젠 생각보다 크게 다가오는 나이입니다. 조금만 저녁에 많이 먹든지 라면을 먹든지 하면 예전과 다르게 뭔가 부담스럽거나 몸이 조금 반응하기도 합니다.
아무쪼록 열심히 번돈 병원비로 나가는 걸 최소화해야겠습니다.
