My Actifit Report Card: December 1 2022

어느새 올해 마지막 달입니다. 10월부터 시작한 Task가 드디어 내일이면 끝입니다. 그동안 하루 4~5시간을 Task room에서 보내니 일이 계속 밀려 email이 1500개가 넘는 상태입니다.

아무튼 고생은 했지만, 크고 작은 개선 아이디어들이 정리되어 나름 알찬 시간이였던 것 같습니다.

오늘은 드디어 4주만에 어깨 운동을 가볍게 시작했는데, 중간에 약간 부담이 있긴했지만, 통증이 없어 내일부터는 등-하체 2 분할로 해보고 조금 괜찮아지면 가슴을 가볍게 해보고, 한달뒤쯤 상태를 보고 어깨를 시작해봐야겠습니다.

후딱 지나버린 일주일 내일 Task 잘 정리하고 멋진 주말을 맞기를..
