My Actifit Report Card: November 30 2022

오늘 점심 운동은 하체만 3주 연속 했더니, 무릎이 조금 아파서 등운동을 하려고 했지만, 막상 시작하니 어깨 쪽이 여전히 불편합니다.

무릎에 부담이 없는 장비로만 했는데도 불구하고 무릎에 압력이 많이 갔나봅니다. 이제 정말 50이 넘어서 팔 운동이든 어디든 무거운 중량을 반복적으로 드는 것은 자제해야겠습니다.

벌크업은 포기하고 Shape를 유지하는 쪽으로.. 몸의 유연성을 늘리는 쪽으로 운동 방향을 바꾸어야하지 싶습니다.아무튼 얼릉 나아서 일주일에 상체 부위별로 1번씩만하고 하체 가볍게 2번 루틴으로 다시 한번 해봐야겠습니다.
