My Actifit Report Card: November 14 2022

어깨 다친지 벌써 한주가 되었는데도 이번에는 근육이 많이 상한건지 통증이 계속되고 있습니다. 어제는 아픈 어깨 쪽으로 옆으로 누울 수도 없을 정도로 통증이 심해서 밤에 서너번 깰 정도였는데.. 아무래도 이번 부상은 좀 심한 것 같습니다.

화, 금 요일 통증병원에서 침도 맞고 부황치료도 하기고 했는데, 두주 정도 더 다녀보고 차도가 없다면, 병원에서 사진을 찍든지 해봐야겠습니다.

그래도 한가지 좋은 점은 늘 상체 3분할만 하다보니 하체운동을 주말이나 가능한데 매일 하체를 할 수 있으니 그건 좋은 것 같습니다.

아무쪼록 얼릉 나아서 다시 어깨와 가슴운동을 다시 할 수 있기를...
