My Actifit Report Card: November 9 2022
오늘 점심 시간에 Gym을 가서 등 운동은 아무래도 어깨 부상에 영향이 적을 것 같아서 조금 해보았는데 역시 부담이 되었습니다.
이틀 연속 하체만 하게 되었는데, 매일 하체만 하기도 참 쉽지않는데, 통증병원에서 3주는 무조건 사용하지 말라고 했고, 아직 통증도 있으니 당분간은 어쩔 수 없이 하체만 해야겠습니다.
하체를 매일하면 효과가 없으니 하체를 2 또는 3분할 정도로 짜봐야겠습니다.
정말 하기 싫은 하체...
