My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2022

오늘점심 운동 루틴이 어깨인데 저번주부터 조금 불편한 느낌은 있었지만, 스트레칭을 조금하니 금새 괜찮아져서 건너뛰려다가 그냥 하고 왔는데, 오후에 좀 많이 불편해지더니, 저녁에는 팔을 올리기 쉽지않을 정도로 통증이 생겼습니다.

2주 전부터 왼쪽 어깨 치료를 시작하고는 더욱 민감하게 된 것 같은데, 아무래도 일단 당분간 어깨는 쉬어야할 것 같기도 합니다.

어깨, 등, 가슴 3분할을 하면 , 일주일에 대충 4~5번 정도를 하게되는데 꼭 시작을 어깨로 해서 최소 어깨를 2번 하도록 하고 있는데, 이렇게 다치면 아쉬움이 큽니다.

재발되지 않도록, 이번엔 충분히 쉬어야겠습니다.
