Hey Actifit Frens! Hope y’all had a excellent day out there. I certainly did. I got my 9000 steps in on the day by going for a walk at lunch with my big fat dog. Then after work today, I got my big fat ass on the cycle and did some indoor cycling. Hope y’all had an excellent day out there and back on the saddle, ladies and gentlemen.
