Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy and extremely successful day today at work and I also had a successful day getting some exercising. I got a walk in at lunch with my dog and then after work today, I got on the indoor cycle and knocked out a high intensity challenge. Over 10,000 steps on the day so I hope you enjoy the daily meme
