Hey Actifit frens! Another epic day in the life of a active fitter. They knocked out almost 9000 steps on the day by taking my dog for a walk at lunch walking around the office a lot and taking care of my kids at the house. Did not get a high intensity workout in today because I was very lazy, but I will get one in tomorrow. Hope y’all enjoy the daily meme
