My Actifit Report Card: January 15 2025
Hey Actifit Frens! Hope y’all had a wonderful day out there and active land. Today I was extremely active by taking my dog for a walk at lunch. I did a lot of walking around the office knocking go over 11,000 steps. I also did 30 push-ups and about 100 squats on the day and about 30 lunges. And I also did my foot therapy on the day so no high intensity workout but a lot of other little mini workouts. Hope y’all enjoy the daily meme.
