My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2025
Hey, actifit frens! Had an epic day today as always because of an epic kind of guy. I started my day off by walking around the house and making breakfast for my extremely grateful and loving family. Then I went to work and walked around the office and at lunch I took my dog for a lovely walk in the freezing cold. After work today, I got on the indoor cycle and knocked out a 30 minute workout high intensity session. And then after I got my kids to bed I had another high intensity workout session with my smoking, hot redheaded wife. Hope y’all had a wonderful day and of course I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
