Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy and extremely productive day today. I got in over 16,000 steps on the day. I got some of those in during the two cycling high intensity challenges I did today. The rest of the steps came chasing my children around the house and trying to pick up after Christmas and clean the house up. Hope y’all had a wonderful day and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
