Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy and productive day today and got in almost 10,000 steps by walking around the office and taking my dog for a nice walk at lunch. I did about 50 to 70 bodyweight squats in about 50 push-ups as well today. Hope y’all had a wonderful day and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
