My Actifit Report Card: November 4 2024

Hey Actifit Frens! Had a very, very long and extremely busy day today that started at three something in the morning because my baby does not realize that the time has shifted back, of course. The day continued on, and I worked and went to work and got a lot of steps in by taking my dog for a walk at lunch. Then after work today, I jumped on the wonderful indoor cycle and got 20 something man cycle ride in which I got the rest of the steps in today. Hope y’all had a wonderful day out there in Internet land. I also hope you enjoy the daily meme.
