Hey Actifit Frens! I had an extremely busy day today, which is how I knocked out over 15,000 steps on the day. My day started at roughly 4 in the morning, dealing with my newborn infant who is a hater of the sleep. Then I took my kids to a trampoline park during the day and we also went out and did some other stuff. And then after dinner, I jumped on the indoor cycle and got a uphill cycle in. Hope you had a busy and productive day as well and I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
