Hey Actifit Frens! Had a very long day today that started at four in the morning is still going on it almost 10 o’clock at night. I knocked out over 16,000 steps today mostly by walking around soccer fields and watching my kids play soccer and then after that was all done I jumped on the indoor cycle and got a few thousand more steps in that way. Hope you enjoy the daily meme
