My Actifit Report Card: October 29 2024

Hey Actifit frens! I had a very epic and quite a long day today so I knocked out over 10,000 steps on the day. I went to physical therapy and did some indoor cycling there and did all the therapy on my foot. Then I took my dog for a walk at lunch. After work today, I jumped on the indoor cycle at my house and got in another 20 something minutes on the indoor bike. And then I found some epic memes and posted one here so I hope you enjoy the daily meme.
