Hey Actifit Frens! Had a very busy workday today, but still was able to knock out my 10,000 steps on the day and a little bit more than that by walking my dog at lunch walking around the office a lot and by doing a cycling exercise after work for 27 minutes hope you enjoy the daily meme.
