Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy busy day today at work but knocked out 10k steps! It was a grand day and I did take my dog for a nice walk and then after work today, I had a high intensity session that was excellent. So I got in multiple workouts today because I’m the man and that’s what men do. Hope y’all enjoy the daily meme.
