Hey Actifit frens!

Hey everyone, I had a wonderful and terrible day today. Walking around a waterpark with my three very small children on a foot that had torn muscles in it. I did 10,000 steps and that does not include any of the steps around the water park so it was probably 20,000 steps on the day . Hope y’all had a relaxing Labor Day and I hope you also enjoy the daily meme.
