Hey Actifit Frens! Had a very busy day today and got an MRI on my foot that had torn muscles in it yet. I was still able to knock out over 12,000 steps on the day. Hope you enjoy the daily meme.

Take care of your foot, what can they do for that? Does it need to just heal naturally?

I have had plantar fasciitis for almost three years, been doing everything I can to heal it naturally. I was training for a road race and injured it, then the next day playing softball I tore some of it. I had to wait for the tear to heal so they could give me an MRI which I got yesterday. Coming up in September I find out if I need surgery to fix the plantar fasciitis issue. So then it's either sonic therapy or surgery.

That sounds like no fun at all, my friend…
I had thr beginning stages of that many years ago. Switching shoes and insoles seem to do the trick for me. I hope you can find a solution without surgery. I know it’s very painful!🙄
