Hey Actifit Frens! Today was another extremely busy day today and I hope y’all had a busy day out there as well. Today I got in a 11,000 step count day by taking my dog for a very long walk at lunch and by being up since 4 AM with a infant and all of my daily routine. Tomorrow is potentially a running day.
