Hey Actifit frens! Had a very busy day today! I was able to achieve my goal and knock out over 15,000 steps which is a very productive day. I did 40 something push-ups today and I did two elliptical challenges. Hope you also had a wonderful day out there and I hope you were able to get a lot of good exercise in. Hope you enjoy the daily meme.
